Terms and Conditions

  1. TNT Cosplay Supply, “The Vendor” , is offering the products presented in their on-line store for sale.  The colors of products may vary slightly from those shown on the on-line store.
  2. The Vendor delivers the products offered in this on-line store to destination in North America only.  With the exception of Barge cement, this cannot be shipped into the U.S. State of California.
  3. All transactions and communication from The Vendor are in English.
  4. Customer may select desired products and place them in their shopping cart by clicking the button labeled “Add to Cart.” Once selection process is complete, the customer clicks the “Checkout” button.  The customer can review items in their shopping cart and choose to add more items or complete checkout process by clicking the “Checkout” button.  The customer has the opportunity to cancel their order any time prior submitting the order to The Vendor.
  5. The Vendor is making a binding sales offer for the products presented in their on-line store.  The customer accepts offer of sale by clicking “Review and Submit order.” The vendor will send a confirmation of sale via e-mail.
  6. Orders may be canceled in the first 24 hours by sending an e-mail to The Vendor’s e-mail address shown on the confirmation.  Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours will receive a full refund.  After 24 hours, it is possible the customer’s order has been shipped and there is no guarantee that the order can be cancelled.  If the customer wants to cancel their order after it has shipped, the customer should contact The Vendor via e-mail shown on order confirmation for return information.  Any orders cancelled after being shipped will forfeit the shipping costs.
  7. The Vendor shall notify the customer by e-mail if there is some reason that prevents The Vendor from delivering the purchased products.

Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy


TNT Cosplay Supply “The Vendor” will gladly accept any returns of unopened/unused products purchased from the online store.  The customer shall contact The Vendor at the email address on the order confirmation for return instructions.


The Vendor will issue a full-refund less the cost of shipping for any items returned by the customer because of no fault of TNT Cosplay Supply.  The refund will be processed once the item is received by The Vendor at their main place of business.
The Vendor will issue a full refund including shipping if the product is being returned to The Vendor because of a fault of The Vendor that is unacceptable to the customer and the customer and The Vendor have been unable to reach an amicable solution.


The Vendor will exchange any unopened/unused product ordered from the online store for another product offered for sale on the online store.  The customer is responsible for the difference in cost and the return shipping fees.  The customer must provide The Vendor a tracking number for the item being returned and pay the price difference before The Vendor will ship the replacement item.
The vendor will refund the customer the difference in the product prices if the new product is less expensive than the item being returned.  Refund will not be issued until the customer has provided The Vendor with a tracking number for the item being returned.
